Three time world aeorbatics champion Lithuanian Jurgis Kairys has amazed and thrilled the public at the Australian International Airshow March 18-20, 2005 at Avalon Airfield (near Geelong, Victoria). From Avalon he is going to Western Australia to take part at the Easter Air Show Cunderdin 2005, March 26-27, 2005.
In 1999 he amazed Lithuania and the world by flying under 10 low bridges on the river Neris in Vilnius. Next year he bettered that achievement by flying under a bridge upside down in Lithuanian’s second city Kaunas! He thrilled Australians by his tremendous flying skills, in particular flying 20 metres above ground with his plane vertical!
