his World Champion title in Reykjavik, Iceland On Sunday, 19 November, in the modern pentathlon championship in Guatemala, Lithuanians Edvinas Krungolcas and Andrejus Zadneprovskis won the Gold and the Bronze respectively. 33 year old Krungolcas has already been European champion in 2003, 2004 and 2005 and has won the Modern Pentathlon World Cup three times (in 2001, 2004 and 2005). ![]() Dancesport champions Edita Daniūtė and
Arūnas Bižokas That same Saturday, at the Aarhus International Gala 2006 in Denmark, Edita Daniūtė and Arūnas Bižokas came first in the International Dance Sport Federation (IDSF) World Amateur Standard championship. Edita and Arūnas belong to the "Sūkurys" club in Kaunas and are trained by Česlovas Norvaiša.
